10 Pound Gorilla understands each person's support needs vary and individuals have various learning styles. We are very flexible with our support plans to ensure that our clients receive everything they need.

You will have our core team members performing all your training. We will ask your team members how they believe they learn best. We will then appropriate our training sessions to accommodate their learning styles.

A typical training course would include:

1. A general session for all team members to attend, either via phone or in person. This would be a general overview of DNN and how it works. Each team member would be given basic documentation on common tasks. A 1-day session lasting 1-3 hours.

2. After our general session, we would set up individual training sessions with team members to address their specific questions and learning styles.

3. We would then offer phone and email support for all team members and set-up additional one-on-one or groups sessions if necessary. Time may vary based on needs.

4. After the initial training has been completed, the team has the option to contract 10 Pound Gorilla on a yearly basis for monthly training and support needs. Plans can be set up for a set amount of hours per month. Additional hours maybe purchased at a discount rate for year contracts.
