About the project

American Medical Technologists (AMT) enlisted 10 Pound Gorilla to create a new public-facing website. Given the extensive content spread across hundreds of pages, 10 Pound Gorilla designed and developed the website using structured content, offering a secure and efficient method for content editors to construct and handle content.

To enhance user experience and organization, a resource library was established for AMT. This centralized hub houses all educational material published by the organization and offers improved categorization and search capabilities. 

Implementing this resource library enabled AMT to transition content from legacy PDFs to page-based content within the library. This not only enhances SEO and analytics but also simplifies the long-term management of the content.

About the project

10 Pound Gorilla was engaged to contribute to the development of a redesigned website for the California Transit Association (CTA). In collaboration with Euclid, CTA's association management software (AMS) provider, 10 Pound Gorilla facilitated integrations with the AMS to showcase content such as publications and events on the website. Using the structured content module 2sxc, we established a streamlined process for content editors to make website updates without requiring any coding knowledge. This approach ensures that content editors can modify the site while adhering to the CTA's brand guidelines, eliminating the need for them to worry about unintentional deviations.

About the project

HRCA partnered with 10 Pound Gorilla to modernize its website and improve its content structure, ensuring a user-friendly experience for residents and visitors. The primary objectives were to enhance the website’s functionality, streamline access to community resources, and implement a design that reflects the vibrancy of Highlands Ranch while maintaining its branding. Our role encompassed project management, business analysis, UI/UX design, content optimization, and development. We communicated regularly with HRCA’s internal teams to create an engaging and intuitive digital presence.

About the project

The Michigan Brewers Guild collaborated with 10 Pound Gorilla to create a new public-facing website catering to two distinct user groups.  

For beer enthusiasts, MiBeer aimed to highlight and promote upcoming events across the state and implement a directory tool for locating brewers.

In addition, the Michigan Brewers Guild provides training and educational resources for individuals in the brewery industry. To ensure a consistent user experience, 10 Pound Gorilla assisted in designing and developing a new training and accreditation application within the website. 

By constructing a website that supports both user types, we've established a centralized hub for the Michigan Brewers Guild. This hub enables them to manage relationships with brewers, offer training and accreditation for individuals in the brewing industry, and promote brewers to beer enthusiasts.
